message from HSBC

 

上星期寫信到匯豐銀行, 要求括免我的信用卡年費。 今日就收到電話, 表示將會退回今年已經已取的年費。突然有很快的效率, 令人驚喜。看看以下:

 

Regarding the Annual Fee for my GOLD Visa card,  I am very disappointed that in spite of my good credit record and loyalty to being an HSBC client,  PLUS my maintaining several HSBC accounts for many many years,  you are now charging me an “Annual Service Fee”.....

  Therefore,   I deem it appropriate and would now like to request that you consider waving this annual fee so I can still remain a good client of yours.

 Hoping to hear of favorable news from you as soon as possible.
